1. Where were the plants sent from?
Jambi, Sumatera Island and Bogor, Java Island

2. How many days packages will be sent from payment?
It takes around 1-4 weeks for Export Permit, Plant Quarantine and Phytosanitary Certificate. As for the delivery itself is rather quick than the paperwork. If you use DHL Express, usually it take 2-4 days once we deliver your plants to courier. If your area is eligible for Emirates or Garuda Indonesia Air Cargo, usually it will arrive in 1-2 days (But you need to pick them up in the Airport)

3. What about the checking / tax fees in the destination country?
It’s customers responsibility

4. What vendors are used for shipping?
We use DHL Express, UPS, EMS, Emirates and Garuda Indonesia air cargo, you can choose the best shipping experience available worldwide based on your preferences

5. Can it be sent to all countries?
Yes, as long as the destination country is in our vendor’s supported countries registered list and costumer has the required permit and documents

6. Do I have to have an import permit?
Some countries require buyers to have import permits.
Please ask the customs or the local agriculture ministry about this.
For example in USA, import permit is needed if you want to import more than 12 pcs of plants. Most European Country does not need an import permit, but need to register and notify to Department of Agriculture in selected Country

7. What is the maximum amount that I can buy in one shipment?
Depends on the regulations of the destination country and our stock

8. Where can I get a tracking number from my order?
Will be sent to your email maximum 1×24 hours once we received Phytosanitary Certificate and deliver it to courier
